The following are the medical Registration Requirements for Brussels American School:

1. Physical Exam

  • Every student MUST have a complete physical for the initial entry into BAS.
  • The physical can be done at any medical facility, signed by a medical doctor no more than 3 months prior to entering BAS.
  • A parent/guardian needs to fill out the front page of the Physical Form.
  • If your child plays school-sports, then a physical is required once a year while they are attending school at BAS and are involved in sports.
  • The School Physical can be done at the NATO Health Clinic, which is on the school grounds at BAS. Any child who is a full-time student at BAS is eligible to have these health requirements completed at the NATO Health Clinic. An appointment can be made at the clinic by calling +322-717-9500.
  • TB (Tuberculosis) Test: Not required for school entry. NATO Health Clinic physicians will determine if testing is necessary, on an individual basis, at the time of the initial school physical.

2. School Health Record
